We choose to trust every day, so trust Jesus.

We trust in something every day. We trust our spouse and friends to be loyal, we trust our doctors to make a correct diagnosis, we trust our mechanic to fix our car, our schools and teachers to educate our children and our pastors to encourage us. When we go to bed at night, we trust we will wake up in the morning.
“O my people, trust in him at all times. Pour out your heart to him, for God is our refuge.”
Psalm 62:8 New Living Translation
Yet we often struggle trusting in God when adversity surrounds us. Trusting in Him does not come easy for us. We tend to be easily overwhelmed by troubles and frantically attempt to create solutions, but scarcely spend any time looking to God in those moments.
We were not made to worry—it’s physically, mentally and spiritually detrimental for us. Yet we have a choice. We can trust God or trust in ourselves or others for answers.
“Commit everything you do to the Lord. Trust him, and he will help you.”
Psalm 37:5 New Living Translation
“The Lord says, “I will rescue those who love me. I will protect those who trust in my name.”
Psalm 91:14 New Living Translation
We can trust a God who created us to have only the best in store for us despite how any current situation seems. Choose to trust God. Tell Him that you choose to trust Him. Every day. He won’t let you down.
“I pray that God, the source of hope, will fill you completely with joy and peace because you trust in him. Then you will overflow with confident hope through the power of the Holy Spirit.”
Romans 15:13 New Living Translation
