These mothers from Tanzania, in Africa, meet often to discuss the best ways to raise their children. They love their children and want a better life for them than the poverty they experience now. They raise these little ones together, loving each mother’s child, disciplining them when necessary, protecting them, and praying for them. The women consider them as their own, and these children not only know the special love of their own mother but the love of many mothers.

We too are blessed to experience the love of Christ in all its fullness. It may be too great for us to understand completely, but it’s even greater than the love of all the mothers in the entire world! He makes His home in our hearts. He protects us, disciplines us, and loves us more than we will ever have the power to understand. No matter how you observe Mother’s Day, know that God’s love for you has no boundaries and no end. May you experience the unfathomable depth of Christ’s love today and every moment of your life!
