This Little Light

 In the same way, let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven.

“This little light of mine, I’m gonna let it shine.” This song is on repeat in our household. We talk about it when we’re having a rough day. We remind each other our light is dim when we’re feeling defeated. A sweet, simple melody with tried and true lyrics.

Each day we rise, we have a decision to make. We can choose to shine our light for Jesus; or we can allow it to be hidden. Others will see it as God uses that light to overcome the darkness. Jesus is the light of our life. Let it shine, let it shine, let it shine.
