White as the Driven Snow

We will leave behind the frosty mornings when Christ returns.

“All who are victorious will be clothed in white. I will never erase their names from the Book of Life, but I will announce before my Father and his angels that they are mine.”
Revelation 3:5 New Living Translation

Yet another snowy, frigid winter morning you might be waking up to if you live in a climate that is in the grip of winter. Even with icy roads and freezing temperatures, glittery white frosted trees and plants have a special beauty.

When Christ returns for us, He will clothe us in white to identify us as His beloved children. His suffering and death washed our sins away, purifying our souls as white as snow. Because we believe in His gift of salvation, Christ will proclaim that we are His to God the Father and the angels. What a glorious announcement of unconditional love!

Even though we will be beautifully covered in white, we won’t be shivering from earthly cold but held close for all eternity in the warmth of His love. Look forward to that breathtaking day and the start of a new season of life waiting for you!
