“So be strong and courageous! Do not be afraid and do not panic before them. For the Lord your God will personally go ahead of you. He will neither fail you nor abandon you.”
Deuteronomy 31:6 New Living Translation

Have you felt discouraged lately? Our world seems to be spinning out of control and we are powerless to change anything. Just trying to survive each day has left us weary and a little hopeless. Some events seem so scary that a sense of panic attacks us. We can’t see the future, and what we imagine it will be like may seem frightening and without hope.

But you are never without hope! Our Savior is with you now in every part of your life. He will never fail you. He goes before you with plans designed for you, especially to use your gifts and talents for His kingdom. And since Christ’s plan for you is perfect, He will watch over all your steps. Nothing can separate you from Him—not wars, storms, economic disaster, illness, or even those who hate and want to harm you. Christ will never abandon you! He knows your every need, what troubles your mind, even your joys, hopes for your future, your very heart. He will be with you and give you courage for every next step of your life.

So be strong in the Lord! Be courageous as you move forward on the path He has laid out for you. Have faith in His love and His promises. Praise Him for His goodness to you. He loves you so much more than you can imagine!
