Fireworks are fun, but for a toddler they can be a bit overwhelming (especially if they are larger than the toddler). While it may have seemed a bit scary, she was never in any real danger. Her dad was standing by, ready to assist her if she got too scared.

“Be strong and courageous, and do the work. Don’t be afraid or discouraged, for the Lord God, my God, is with you. He will not fail you or forsake you.”
1 Chronicles 28:20 New Living Translation

God creates opportunities specifically designed for each of us to serve Him. While we are eager for the chance of a new adventure, it can at times be daunting. We want to enjoy the moment, not be overwhelmed by the enormity of it. We want to be up for the challenge God provides for us.

Fortunately, your Heavenly Father is standing by ready to give you confidence, ability, and wisdom for the task.  Be thankful that He chose you for this special venture. Look to Him for strength, and encouragement, in all plans that He directs your way. You will be filled with a sense of accomplishment, and joy, as you serve Him.

“I thank Christ Jesus our Lord, who has given me strength to do his work. He considered me trustworthy and appointed me to serve him.”
1 Timothy 1:12 New Living Translation
